Appointment Policy
Except in emergency cases, an appointment must be made in order to see the veterinarian. This allows ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which makes the occasional appointment delay inevitable. Please understand that we do make a sincere attempt to see each patient on time.
To better accomodate your busy schedule, we are open until 8 pm in the evenings on weekdays.
Patient Arrival Policy
Upon arrival, please identify yourself to the staff at the front desk.
For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during their visit, they may still be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, or other pets. This is why we ask for your cooperation in restraining your pet. Payment Policy
We require payment in full at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac, Medicard (PetCard), and cash. We do not accept personal cheques.
